At DevPivot, we’re committed to delivering practical, high-quality training and coaching to help you launch and grow your ServiceNow career. Please read the following policies carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of our offerings.
🔓 One-Time Course Access
Applies to: individual courses like Prepare for the Interview
One-time purchase — no recurring fees
Includes continued access for as long as the DevPivot platform is active
You’ll receive any future updates to the course at no extra charge
If we ever retire the course or platform, we’ll give you reasonable notice and offer alternate access or downloads when possible
📘 Subscription Access
Applies to: DevPivot Ladders or any membership-based content
Full access to all included content while your subscription is active
Includes course updates, downloadable guides, templates, and any included community events or group calls
You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges — access will continue through the end of your current billing period
🎓 1:1 Coaching Access
Applies to: paid one-on-one sessions
Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance via video call
You may reschedule with 24+ hours notice
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
Completed sessions are non-refundable
💰 Refunds
We do not offer refunds for digital products or completed coaching sessions. This helps us protect the integrity of our content and respect the time and value delivered to each student.
By purchasing a DevPivot product or service, you agree to:
No refunds after access has been delivered (for courses)
No refunds on completed coaching
Subscription payments are non-refundable once billed
